Alameda, California noise-trance 3-piece Sciflyler will release their debut album Fair Weather Karma next week on Sacramento, California-based Clairecords, an Internet distributor and indie label. We’ll bring you a review soon.
The new disc follows the band’s 2001 self-titled debut mini-album and last year’s Melt EP (check our review, link below). Tracks are Barnstorm, Burn & Sell (new version), You’re From The Ocean, Burning Down The House (not the 1983 Talking Heads song), Come Up To My Cloud (new version), Like An Ion, Alpha Centauri, Letting Go Of Everything, and (Reprise).
Sciflyer begin their most extensive US tour ever this Sunday in Mesa, Arizona, continuing through mid-August. Check the band’s Website for details. | Sciflyer | | Sciflyer on MP3.com | | Clairecords | | Melt EP review on Rockbites | | top of page |
