Dutch publisher releases definitive history of CSNY

Gopher publishers, with offices in The Netherlands and Scotland, has just published a definitive four volume historical work titled Crosby, Stills, Nash and Sometimes Young, comprising 1,006 pages and spanning the years 1969 through 2002.
