His latest piece, Indian Summer, appears in a new anthology titled J&L Illustrated #1—available from selected bookshops around the US, directly from the publisher in Atlanta, and from online retailers such as Amazon.
On the 24th, Bell will read from Indian Summer at the Housing Works Used Book Cafe in Manhattan’s SoHo district, along with the other contributing authors including South Carolina native Hunter Kennedy, founder and editor of The Minus Times.
Bell also has some upcoming west coast shows:

September
7 - San Francisco (The Hemlock Tavern)

October
  9 - San Francisco (The Make-Out Room)
12 - Berkeley (KALX-FM)

November - December
western US dates to be announced
