Q And Not U ready new single, set US spring tour

Washington, DC emo/punk quartet Q And Not U recorded three songs in January for a new single, their first release since their 2000 debut album No Kill No Beep Beep. They worked again with Fugazi’s Ian MacKaye and engineer Don Zientara. Songs on the single will be Soft Pyramids, a not-yet-titled track, and a cover of Neil Young’s Don’t Let It Bring You Down, from his 1970 album After The Gold Rush. It’s slated for a spring release on Dischord.
    Q And Not U (Chris Richards - guitar, vocals; Harris Klahr - guitar, vocals; John Davis - drums, vocals; and Matt Borlik - bass, vocals) have also just announced a major eastern US tour to start 5 April at the MACRoCk festival in Harrisonburg, Virginia (see our story from Monday) and continuing through 4 May. The dates are
