Ann Arbor based experimental composer/singer/songwriter and kiddie-rock troubadour Laurence Miller, aka Mister Laurence—best known as former lead guitarist with the legendary Destroy All Monsters—has launched an official Website featuring pages for both his adult and under-age fans.
The 'grown up' page features descriptions of some of the many edgy acts he’s performed with over the past 25 years, including The Empty Set, Larynx Zillion’s Novelty Shop, M3 (featuring Roger Miller of Mission Of Burma), and Mezzanine. The page also includes ordering information for Internet-only CDs, cassettes, and flexi-discs by these bands and by Miller as a solo artist.
The Kiddie page notes that Miller’s third full length children’s album, Pancake Heaven, is due this May, with tracks including Paging Mr. Dumpty, I Won’t Be Afraid, Mr. Yes & Mrs. No, and I’m A Little Teapot. | Laurence Miller | | Mister Laurence | | Destroy All Monsters page on Punknet 77 | | top of page |
