Capitol K to release re-worked second album

Brunei born, London residing chilltronica home taper Capitol K (Kristian Craig Robinson) releases a re-conceived version of his second album next Monday for the UK on XL Recordings. Titled Island Row, it first appeared August, 2000 on Planet Mu (home to cutting edge electronica artists such as Jega, Speedranch, and Luke Vibert). That edition, with different artwork and track listing from the forthcoming release, is long out of print.
    Apart from the superficial changes, the new version of Island Row includes two new songs (Robinson dropped two as well) and re-workings/re-edits of the other tracks. The result has garnered some rather enthusiastic press in the UK.
    The Capitol K site from XL Recordings offers full length, high quality RealAudio feeds of four songs from the album: City, Pillow, Soundwaves, and Capitol Beat Sticky. We’ve provided a direct link (see below) to Pillow, the first new single from the LP.
    Capitol K has been touring the UK this year, and continues on the 20th with a free show at Ocean in Hackney. The dates are
