Departure Lounge play handful of US dates for new LP

London/Nashville ambient pop quartet Departure Lounge (previously known as Homer, The Homer Lounge, Tim Keegan & The Homer Lounge, and Tim Keegan And The Departure Lounge) begin a brief US tour tonight in Atlanta, Georgia opening for Clinic.
    They’re playing songs from their new album Too Late To Die Young—released last week in the UK on Bella Union and this week in North America on Nettwerk. The two versions feature slightly different track listings.
    The album’s eleven or twelve songs showcase Tim Keegan’s stunning songwriting and understated & delicious voice, with instrumentation by him along with Chris Anderson, Lindsay Jamieson, and Jake Kyle. They worked with French DJ/producer Kid Loco.

13 - Atlanta, GA (Echo Lounge
15 - Austin, Texas (Convention Center - SXSW festival, 2 pm)
15 - Austin, Texas (Austin Music Hall - 8 pm)
19 - Louisville, KY (Barretones)
20 - Nashville, TN (12th + Porter - record release party)
