Pine recording debut LP for 2002 release

Christchurch, New Zealand minimalist pop trio Pine (Stephen McCarthy—vocals, snare; Aaron Beehre—Guitar, vocals;and Hannah Beehre—Organ, Melodica) are wrapping up the recording & production of their debut album, to be released before (our) summer (their winter) on NZ label Arch Hill Recordings. Considered at home as masterful songsmiths, the album could be Pine’s ticket to much wider recognition.
