Rivulets play four US shows in advance of debut

Minneapolis based minimalist songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist Nathan Amundson aka Rivulets—whose band variously includes bassist Jay Kroehler, Low front-persons Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker, and LD Beghtol of Flare and Moth Wranglers—releases his debut full length on 22 January on Chairkickers Union titled simply Rivulets.
    Starting tonight in New York city, Rivulets play four northeast US dates through 27 January. Tonight’s show will be with Jon DeRosa, whose Dead Leaves Rising project will share a triple-split CD later this year along with Rivulets and Remora, aka guitar and effects artist Brian John Mitchell. The full length CD will go by the title The Alcohol EPs and will appear on Silber Records.
