Radar Bros. complete third LP, set dates with The Breeders

Los Angeles space folk trio Radar Bros. (front man Jim Putnam, ex Maids of Gravity, Medicine; drummer Steve Goodfriend, who also plays in The For Carnation with former Slint front man Brian McMahan; and bass player Senon Williams) have finished their third album and have set a release date of 7 May for the US on Merge Records. Titled 'And The Surrounding Mountains,' the set will also appear on Chemikal Underground for the UK in either April or May.
    Radar Bros. expect to stage a major US/European tour around the release of the album, but already have a few dates set for this month supporting the reunited Breeders. They are

February
26-27 - San Diego, CA (The Casbah)
28 - Anaheim, CA (The House Of Blues)
