King Crimson founding member, experimental guitarist Robert Fripp, staged a solo performance at The Winter Garden in December of last year. He has now made available one of his so-called Soundscapes recorded live at that show, titled Refraction, with the stipulation that all download sites must offer the MP3 file free of charge.
