Sack Trick to release Kiss covers album
28 November 2001

London glam/metal supergroup/rotating-collective Sack Trick (who include former members of Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow, Clam Abuse, Alice Cooper, Yngwie J Malmsteen’s Rising Force, and about two dozen other bands) have revamped their Website and announced that they’ll release their third album next year on UK imprint Infernal Records (home to Clam Abuse, Super$hit 666, Ginger, et al).
The new disc will be a Kiss covers album titled Sheep In Kiss Makeup—not that surprising given that Sack Trick also perform as Schoolgirl Kiss, “...a straight Kiss tribute band (except we wear Schoolgirl’s outfits—we couldn’t afford the Dynasty costumes in the auction so we’ve settled for second best).”
Tracks on the album will include Shout It Out Loud, God Of Thunder, Audio Video, I’m a Legend Tonight, Beth, All Hell’s Breaking Loose, Love Gun, Deuce, I Still Love You, Love Her All I Can, Do You Wanna Make Love?, I’ve Had Enough (Into the Fire), Almost Human, Elder , and perhaps others.
Sack Trick perform 18th December in Leicester at the Oxygen Club, and the 19th in Kingston Upon Thames at The Peel. They promise more UK dates once their new LP comes out. | Sack Trick | | top of page |
