Long Island, New York heavy guitar pop quartet Motorway To Roswell—front man Carl Esperance, guitarist Charlie LaRocco, bass player Dave Anderson, and drummer Scott Ingenito—in June signed to Jeff Pulver’s new artist-centric indie label RevUp Records.
The band are now in Nashville finishing up their second (not yet titled) album for release in the near future on RevUp. The new LP follows their first, More Than Ordinary, and their 1998 debut EP In Between The Frequencies.
MTR were the first band signed to RevUp, a new project of communications entrepreneur Jeff Pulver—publisher of The Pulver Report and producer for numerous telecom trade shows. He’s also producing EAT’M 2002 (The Emerging Artists & Technology in Music Conference, Showcase, and Festival) in Las Vegas, 29-31 May.
Other bands now signed to RevUp include Cold Memory and Sarcasm. All three RevUp bands play a showcase on 12 November at The Kings Club in Centereach, New York (+1 631-716-2582). | Motorway To Roswell | | MTR on MP3.com | | RevUp Records | | EAT'M | | top of page |
