The Ladybug Transistor launch North Am tour for new LP 25 May 2001
On Wednesday, Brooklyn retro-orchestral pop act The Ladybug Transistor launched a month long North American tour in New York that will take them first south, then west cross country to California, up the coast into Canada, and then back east for a closer in Pittsburgh in late June. They’re supporting their long-awaited third album Argyle Heir, out this week in the US on Merge Records. The tour includes four dates with San Francisco’s The Aislers Set, as well as an in-store appearance at Good Records in Denton, Texas.
