Munich based experimental/instrumental/post rock quartet Couch release their fourth studio album, Profane, next week for the UK and Europe on Kitty-Yo Records. It lands in US stores 10 April from Matador/DNA.
Rockbites has learned that the band is tentatively scheduled to play fourteen North American dates in May, including three in Canada (see the listing, below, which as far as we know is more accurate that other listings on the Web). In April they’ll play the M For Music Festival in Berlin on the 13th, supporting Tortoise, and on the 19th they play Club 2 in Munich.
Their European label Kitty-Yo has posted the entire new album in Shockwave format, available from their Couch page.
