Doves Webcast from Toronto
1 March 2001
image
Manchester’s techno-turned-rock trio Doves are in the middle of their first North American tour, which for most cities is hitting small venues. Tonight they play Toronto, Ontario’s Opera House, and Webcaster PrimeTicket.net will carry the event live. The show starts 10 pm EST (3 am GMT)—you’ll need RealPlayer to watch & listen, unless you have a ticket.
You can also catch Doves 6 March at 11:15 am PST (7:15 pm GMT) Webcast in RealAudio from the studios of KCRW-FM in Los Angeles on their Morning Becomes Eclectic show, and 12 March on CBS’ (US television) The Late Late Show With Craig Kilborn.
Doves are supporting their debut album Lost Souls, which was a very deserving 2000 Mercury Prize album of the year. Lost Souls came out on Heavenly in the UK and on Astralwerks in the US about a year ago.
Here are the remaining Doves North American tour dates
