Guided By Voices post new video, play free NY fest in July

Dayton, Ohio pop quintet Guided By Voices recently posted online their new psychedelic, animated video for the bouyant pop anthem Glad Girls off their current album Isolation Drills. You can view it now in RealVideo courtesy of the TVT Records Web site (check our link).
GBV have signed on to play the all-free First Annual Siren Music Festival at the Coney Island amusement park in New York on 21 July, sponsored by the Village Voice newspaper. Also playing the one day event will be The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Man Or Astroman?, Rainer Maria, Superchunk, Quasi, and other artists. Some proceeds from the festival go to the Coney Island Chamber of Commerce and Coney Island USA, a non-profit arts organization that provides services to the community.
