Peaches launches official Web site, sets new US tour
21 June 2001

Toronto native turned Berlin transplant Peaches, born Merrill Nisker, has just launched her official Web site. Very dynamic, it does a great job of expressing Peaches’s raw and sexually charged persona—with some of what you might expect and some you might not.
There’s a Flash based jukebox that offers up four songs from the debut album The Teaches Of Peaches—while an open-mouthed, bikini clad gymnast swings back and forward on a horizontal bar. The streamed tracks are Fuck The Pain Away, AA XXX, Rock Show, and Set It Off. There’s a great interview from The Wire, tour shots featuring her crew, a request to send in pictures of Peaches’ crotch for an upcoming crotch gallery, and a list of invitations addressed to fans whom the technoporn chanteuse met on the road over the past year.
Having just completed a very successful US tour last month with fellow Kitty-Yo artist Gonzales, Peaches returns to the States for more starting 21 July at New York’s first annual Coney Island Siren Festival. Here are the dates
