Kill Rock Stars releases cheap 2000 retrospective

Last week Olympia, Washington indie label Kill Rock Stars released Turbo’s Tunes, a twenty-track retrospective collection representing KRS band product from the past 12 months—along with new tracks by Danielle Howle, Jean Smith (of Mecca Normal and Two Foot Flame), and Mike 'Sport' Murphy. It’s available now online directly from the KRS store at Buy Olympia for US$5, from the usual online retailers for under US$4, and from your favorite local indie store.
Other artists on the disc include Kathy Acker, Bangs, Bonfire Madigan, Breakdowns, Jim Carroll, Sue P. Fox, Frumpies, Gossip, Har Mar Superstar, Holly Golightly, Kleenex/Liliput, Lois And Brendan, Sleater-Kinney, Slumber Party, Two Ton Boa, and Unwound.
