MACRoCk 2001 announces preliminary lineup

The annual Mid-Atlantic College Radio Conference, aka MACRoCk, takes place this year 7-8 April at and around James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA. Along with workshops, discussions, and special events, MACRoCk plays host to roughly 80 bands over the course of two very packed days.
The event is organized by student radio station WXJM (88.7 FM), who have put up the 2001 Web site for the event and have posted the preliminary lineup. Confirmed musical artists include Aloha, Ben Davis, Blueline Medic, Cadillac Blindside, Denali, Engine Down, Error Type 11, Faraquet, Grade, The Impossibles, In Return, Jersey, The Juliana Theory, Mid Carson July, Jonah’s Onelinedrawing, Pollen, Q And Not U, River City High, Rod, and Sweep The Leg Johnny. Keep checking the site for updated info.
Unlike many other indie rock festivals, MACRoCk is dead cheap. A full pass to all events costs just $20 in advance or $30 if you walk up. | MACRoCk 2001 | | top of page |
