7 December 2001

Japanese pop experimentalists Buffalo Daughter released their new album 'I' in Japan a couple of weeks ago, and have just revealed that a domestic US version will hit stores in late February on Emperor Norton records—with whom they signed after Grand Royal folded. The set will also get released in Europe and Australia.
Tracks on the forthcoming US version of 'I' are Ivory, I Know, Earth Punk Rockers, 28 Nuts, Volcanic Girl, Five Minutes, Robot Sings (As If He Were Frank Sinatra With A Half-Boiled Egg And The Saltshaker On The Breakfast Table), I, Moog Stone, Mirror Ball, Long Slow Distance, Discotheque Du Paradis, and A Completely Identical Dream.
There’s one bonus track available only on the Japanese version: Stereotype C, performed with Cibo Matto. | Buffalo Daughter | | 'I' from Amazon Japan | | 'I' (import) from Amazon US | | top of page |
