Departure Lounge reveal street dates for new discs

London ambient pop quartet Departure Lounge are tying up loose ends for their third album, as well as recording the B sides and alternate mixes for some forthcoming singles.
The new LP, Too Late To Die Young, comes out 4 March on Bella Union for the UK and France; the same date on Naive for Spain and the Benelux countries; and 12 March on Nettwerk for the US and Canada.
The first single, released in the UK only, will be the track King Kong Frown and is due 4 February. The non-LP tracks on the single will be Grow Your Own (a song which DL frequently play live but have so far not released) and a remix of Equestrian Skydiving, which appeared on the band’s all-instrumental album Jetlag Dreams earlier this year. | Departure Lounge | | Bella Union records | | bio | | discography | | sample | | top of page |
