Chicks On Speed mutate and re-release debut album
13 September 2000
image
Munich based synth pop/arts & crafts rock trio Chicks On Speed release their second US full length, The Re-Releases Of The Un-Releases, on 31 October. The album contains most of their May release Will Save Us All (various transformations or mutations applied to the songs) along with remixes and extra tracks.
At the end of September the band—ex New Yorker Melissa Logan, Sydney, Australia native Alex Murray-Leslie, and Munich born Kiki Morse—present a live performance art event titled COS Sell-Out at the Berlin Beta Film Festival, during which they’ll apply a 'hype' pattern directly to audience members' clothing. At press time we couldn’t locate additional info or a Web link. | Chicks On Speed | | Eurotrash Girl (full length MP3) | | bio | | discography | | sample from Will Save Us All | | CD | | top of page |
