Lookout! Freakout! US tour starts tonight 1 September 2000 Berkeley, California indie label Lookout! Records presents the month long Lookout! Freakout Tour! (exclamation points theirs) starting tonight at San Francisco’s Great American Music Hall. Bands include punk pop trio The Mr. T Experience, punk quartet American Steel, and retro wave female trio The Eyeliners.     The tour follows last year’s First Annual Lookout! Freakout! Festival which took place in and around San Francisco last Labor Day weekend. But the label chose to make the festival a touring one this time around. Playing every night of September save one, the three bands hit 23 states in the US before they’re done.     MTX release The Miracle Of Shame CD-EP on 12 September. American Steel released Rogue’s March last year (their second LP but their first widely available).
