Japanese psychedelic collective Acid Mothers Temple, currently led by guitarist/composer Kawabata Makoto, begin a split US/European tour on 9 November at The Cooler in New York city. After three east coast US dates they head to northern Europe for shows through the end of the month, then back to the US for three west coast shows in December.
Acid Mothers Temple’s current lineup is Kawabata Makoto on guitar (he’s played in Mainliner and Musica Transonic), Cotton Casino on vocals and synths (Mady Gura Blue Heaven), Tsuyama Atsushi on bass and vocals (Omoide Hatoba, Akaten), Higash Hiroshi on synths and guitar (Toho Sara), and Ozawa Ryo on drums.
