J Mascis And The Fog tour US, Europe behind new LP

Dinosaur Jr. guiding light J Mascis, one of the true pioneers of grunge pop, is back with his new one-man band J. Mascis And The Fog. Last month he released the studio album More Light on which the multitalented songwriter plays guitar, drums, bass, and even some naïve piano and organ. Kevin Shields (ex My Bloody Valentine) adds some heavy textural guitar.
    J Mascis And The Fog are in the middle of a US tour that continues through 24 November. They start a two week tour of Europe on 27 November in Paris. The touring band includes bassist Mike Watt (The Minutemen, fIREHOSE, Banyan) and former Dinosaur Jr. drummer George Berz. Here are the dates
