Leftfield named to headline V2000 festivals

V2000 festival organizers have named UK techno/dance duo Leftfield as their previously advertized Very Special Guest for August’s shows in Staffordshire and Chelmsford, England. The band are now on their first tour since 1996, when they toured supporting their breakthrough LP Leftism.
Other bands confirmed for V2000 include Death In Vegas, The Flaming Lips, Groove Armada, Kelis, Moloko, and Underworld.
Leftfield release their new single Swords on 5 June in the UK. Samples of each of the song’s five remixes are online now, as is the new video.
