Etienne Charry’s 36 Erreurs released in US
6 March 2000
French Renaissance man Etienne Charry—he flies helicopters, is a water skiing champion, and writes film scores in addition to journeying into experimental pop—releases his 1999 album 36 Erreurs (36 mistakes) today in the US. The set features guest appearances by Valerie LeMercier, Oui Oui, Grand Magasin, and Charry’s brother-in-law’s Swedish neighbor Maria.
According to Midheaven, the LP’s 36 songs traverse topics ranging from hot-point branding to dead people to guinea pigs. | CD at Midheaven (US) | | CD at NetBeat (Belgium) | | sample | | top of page |
