Ozzfest 2000 launches Web site, hosts Ozzy chat 29 March 2000 The fifth edition of Ozzy Osbourne’s US summer metal tour Ozzfest has announced bands and preliminary tour dates. The two month trek begins 2 July at Coral Sky in Palm Beach, Florida, with tickets in some cities going on sale Saturday 8 April. The Ozzfest 2000 Web site launches on Friday with complete details.     Bands on Stage 1 this year include Godsmack, Incubus, Methods Of Mayhem, Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera, P.O.D. Queens Of The Stone Age, and Static-X. Stage 2 will host Crazy Town, The Deadlights, Disturbed, Kittie, Ministry, Pitchshifter, Pumpjack, Primer 55, Shuvel, Slaves On Dope, and Taproot.     The Ozzfest site will hold an online chat with Mr. Osbourne on Friday 7 April starting 8 pm ET (1 am Saturday GMT). | Live Daily story | | Ozzfest | | Ozzy Osbourne | | top of page |
