Elastica’s new album is UK only for now 29 March 2000 Fans of English guitar pop band Elastica have waited five years for another album. That wait is over on 3 April for UK fans, when the band release The Menace on Deceptive records.     But North American Elasticaddicts will wait longer. The unofficial Elastica site reported earlier this month that negotiations with Beastie Boys label Grand Royal had failed, making a US release or tour in the near future unlikely.     Elastica start a 15 date mostly UK tour at the Cockpit in Leeds on 8 April. The schedule includes a couple of dates in France on the 20th and 21st, and a tour closer at the Temple Bar Music Centre in Dublin on 11 May.
