Elliott Smith to release Figure 8, stage major tour 28 March 2000 Critically acclaimed American singer/songwriter Elliott Smith heads out on the road yet again for a month long North American tour starting 6 May at La Zona Rosa in Austin, running through 7-8 June with a pair of shows at the Palace in Los Angeles.
