Looper tour with Flaming Lips, ready new single, album 23 March 2000 Ex Belle & Sebastian bassist Stuart David’s electronicapop band Looper are on tour now in the US with The Flaming Lips. On 1 May Looper will release in the UK the single Mondo ’77, also the lead off track for their forthcoming second album Geometrid (named after a moth known in its caterpillar phase as a looper). The single also has alternate versions of album tracks Mondo ’77 and These Things, the latter mixed by Luke from fellow Jeepster band Salako and called (All Of) These Things (Are Available At Tony’s Textiles Mix). Here are the album tracks 1. Mondo ’77 2. On The Flipside 3. Modem Song 4. Uncle Ray 5. Puddle Monkey 6. These Things 7. Bug Rain 8. My Robot 9. Tomorrow’s World 10.
