Online Hip-Hop Awards 2000 opens voting 1 March 2000 The Online Hip-Hop Awards 2000 take place 12 April in New York city at Cipriani’s, honoring recording artists, producers, graphic designers, fashion designers, videos, Web sites, and ezines. All categories are open to voting by the public. You can vote on the Awards Web site until the end of March. The OHHA announced their nominees yesterday (1 March), with Dr. Dre up for Rap Album of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Artist of the Year.
