Oasis live album rumored for early 2001 20 June 2000 NME reports that troubled Britpop superstars Oasis will release a live LP early next year on their own Big Brother imprint. The tracks will be culled from the bands 2000 tour of North America and may contain their cover of Neil Youngs Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black) from his 1979 album Rust Never Sleeps. Oasis played it in Seattle this April, dedicating it to Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain. Oasis continue their European tour minus guitarist/songwriter Noel Gallagher. | NME story | | tour dates | | discography | | sample from Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants | | top of page | |
