NME reports that troubled Britpop superstars Oasis will release a live LP early next year on their own Big Brother imprint. The tracks will be culled from the band’s 2000 tour of North America and may contain their cover of Neil Young’s Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black) from his 1979 album Rust Never Sleeps. Oasis played it in Seattle this April, dedicating it to Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain.
Oasis continue their European tour minus guitarist/songwriter Noel Gallagher.
