Radiohead rained out on French tour
15 June 2000

UK art rockers Radiohead have been hit by rain, rain, rain on the opening leg of their European tour. Tuesday night’s show, their first in over two years, started late after a deluge in Arles, France finally let up. But they had to cancel Wednesday’s show because of an unrelenting downpour.
Singer Thom Yorke apologized to fans on the band’s Web site this morning and said they’d try to reschedule. The band have posted some photos from Arles.
Radiohead expect to release their eagerly awaited follow up to 1997’s OK Computer sometime this year. | CDnow allstar story | | NME story | | tour dates | | discography | | sample from OK Computer | | top of page |
