12 June 2000

Fresh from a week of dates in England, post industrial supergroup The Damage Manual start their first ever North American tour tomorrow night at Washington, DC’s 9:30 Club. The quartet of ex-PiL rhythm section Martin Atkins and Jah Wobble, ex-Killing Joke guitarist Geordie Walker, and Ministry/Pigface/Revolting Cocks vocalist Chris Connelly hit 15 states and provinces without a night off through 3 July. Their final US show is at Nita’s Hideaway in Tempe, Arizona. Then it’s back to Europe for the Dour Music Festival in Belgium before a set of Australian/Asian/South American dates, which we’ll tell you about as soon as they’re announced.
Joining the band for the tour is Sheep On Drugs keyboardist Lee Fraser, who also helped out on DM’s debut EP titled simply 1. | tour dates | | Rockbites interview | | bio | | discography | | sample | | CD | | top of page |
