Eclectic northwest US soundtrack due September

Film makers Sadie Shaw and Sarah Reed (both also of San Francisco’s The Lies) have finished filming for Charm and are now working on the soundtrack, which promises to be an eclectic who’s who of northwestern US alternative music. A soundtrack album is due September on Olympia’s 5 Rue Christine Records with songs by The Aislers Set, members of The Champs (working separately), Deerhoof, Aaron Hartman, former Henry’s Dress members Matt Hartman and Hayyim, The Lies, Unwound’s Sarah Lund, The Need, Gene Defcon’s Jon Nikki, Sebadoh’s Russ Pollard, Replikants, The Thrones, and other artists. | 5 Rue Christine | | top of page |
