Napster CEO, Metallica drummer testify before US senate 12 July 2000 Yesterday Hank Barry, CEO for San Mateo, California software maker Napster, Inc., testified before the US Senate Judiciary Committee in defense of Internet based music file sharing and the technology his company provides to facilitate it.
