Tortoise help bid adieu to Chicagos Lounge Ax 7 January 2000 Chicago post rock quintet Tortoise played for the last time at their hometowns Lounge Ax on Thursday, as part of a goodbye series that ends on 15 Januarya new landlord is kicking out the legendary club to turn it into a sports bar and duplex apartment. Tortoise start work on their next LP later this month.
