Chumbawamba’s hit list

English anarchists Chumbawamba release their new 22 track album WYSIWYG on 10 April in the UK on EMI. The single She’s Got All The Friends is due 27 March.
    On the single’s B side, The Passenger List For Doomed Flight 1721, the band enumerate personalities with whom they are less than enamored including real persons Tony Blair, Ian Paisley, Bill Clinton, Richard Branson, Bono, Nicky Wire, Courtney Love, Howard Stern, and Bill Gates; as well as fictional entity Ally McBeal.
    Chumbawamba have confirmed to play this year’s Roskilde charity festival in Denmark, which takes place 29 June through 2 July. | NME story | | discography | | sample from Tubthumper | | top of page |
