Family Values on track for third run this year 27 January 2000 The rapes and violence of the 1999 Woodstock festival were thankfully absent from the Family Values tour which closely followed and shared several of the same bands. Before the tour, promoter Andy Cirzan had somewhat ominously told MTV news that there will be high security but that kids will be kids. John Scher (one of Woodstocks producers) and Paul Katsis, who work for the companies that put on Family Values, have announced that Family Values is on again for 2000. Theyll announce artists and other details around mid-year. Live Daily expects that there will again be a Family Values album and video released this year, probably in spring. Artists on last years tour included The Crystal Method, Filter, Ja Rule, Limp Bizkit, Method Man & Redman, Mobb Deep, Primus, and Staind. | Live Daily story | | top of page | |
