Elliott Smith plans brief US acoustic winter tour 18 January 2000 Seattle based singer/songwriter Elliott Smith heads out on the road for a brief US acoustic tour, without backing band, starting 20 February at the Black Cat in Washington, DC. The six city jaunt comes after Smith has finished recording his fifth solo LP, the not yet titled followup to his critically acclaimed 1998 album XO.
