Elastica’s new album title is The Menace 8 February 2000 In an exclusive interview with NME, Elastica’s Justine Frischmann revealed the title of the long in coming second album by her band. “It’s called The Menace because it has been for me in every possible way. Everything that could have possibly fucked up, fucked up. I’m very glad to see the other side of it, to be honest.” Departed guitarist Donna Matthews had suffered a nervous breakdown, Frischmann told NME, leading to her estrangement from the band, but the two friends are now reconciled.
