US summer touring festivals update 23 February 2000 Live Daily reports that for summer 2000 US fans can expect repeats of Ozzfest, The Warped Tour, the Further Festival, and Fleadh. Touring festivals unlikely or definitely not happening include H.O.R.D.E, Lilith Fair, and Lollapalooza. The lineup for Ozzfest should be released next month, but Ozzy Osbourne has confirmed that he’ll headline. The Warped Tour, sponsored by Vans, has already announced a 36 city itinerary and bands Anti Flag, Good Riddance, Green Day, Hot Water Music, Flogging Molly, Long Beach Dub Allstars, Millencolin, NOFX, Snapcase, Stingrays, and True Sounds Of Liberty. The Fleadh festival could hit as many as nine cities on this year’s North American leg, and will go indoors for the first time for shows in Boston, Chicago, Denver, and Toronto. | Live Daily story | | top of page | |
