Music at New York Underground Film Festival
22 February 2000
The 2000 edition of the New York Underground Film Festival runs 8-12 March in various venues in Manhattan. This year’s schedule is packed with music, thanks to a collaboration between the NYUFF and online music retailer Insound. Many of the performances are live accompaniments to film screenings.

The Martinets, Zyclon Beatles (Nick Zedd’s band), The Rapture, The Lapse, New Wet Kojak (w/ members of Girls Against Boys)

The Elegant Two (guitarist Chris Maxwell and drummer/turntablist Phil Hernandez), Electro Fetus (avant jazz quartet), Anti Pop Consortium (new LP Tragic Epilogue out now), DJ Logic, DJ Carol C., and A.K. Atoms.

The Directors (w/member from Boss Hog), White Hassle (w/members of Railroad Jerk), Duce Gimlet, and Lo Hi.
