Thinking Fellers Union Local 282 ready first LP in 5 years 26 December 2000
(If you’re curious about the title, check out the conversation from this past April between band members Mark Davies and Hugh Swarts on the front page of the Communion Web site.) The enigmatic TFUL282 formed back in 1987 and have published their work on a variety of labels including Thwart (their own), Matador, Japan Overseas, Normal, Runt, and Communion. The new album includes 14 tracks: Another Clip, Sno Cone, You Will Be Eliminated, Holy Ghost, Everything’s Impossible, Birth Of A Rock Song, You In A Movie, Boob Feeler, In The Stars I Can Sizzle Like A Battery, El Cerrito, ’91 Dodge Van, Remindor, The Barker, and He Keeps Himself Fed. The seldom seen quintet has not yet announced a tour to support the new album, but we’ll post dates as soon as we get them.
