Adventures In Stereo new LP, North American tour 4 August 2000 Glasgow’s ethereal synth/twee pop duo Adventures In Stereo (Judith Boyle and Jim Beattie) release their third album Monomania next Monday in the UK and 15 August in North America. They arrive Stateside early September for their first ever North American tour, starting at Baltimore’s Ottobar on the 5th. They’ll play 14 mostly east coast/west coast dates with Bobsled Records label mates The Chamber Strings and The Waxwings. You can pick up a special six track tour CD at the shows containing one recent studio track plus one previously unreleased demo from each of the bands.
