Supreme Beings Of Leisure stage western Canada tour 24 August 2000 LA techno/ambient quartet Supreme Beings Of Leisure start a brief west coast, mostly Canada tour on Friday at The Glass House in Pomona, California. Opening will be Nino Astronauta and DJ Chris B. Then starting 5 September they’ll play dates in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada, including two shows at universities for students only.     SBL released their self titled debut album this past February on Palm Pictures records, produced with Beck/Elliott Smith producers Tom Rothrock and Rob Schnapf.     Here are the tour dates August 25 - Pomona, CA (The Glass House) September   5 (4 pm) - Vancouver, BC (University of British Columbia/students only)   5 (11 pm) - Vancouver, BC (Sonar)   7 - Edmonton, AB (The Rev)   8 (2 pm) - Edmonton, AB (University of Alberta/students only)   9 - Calgary, AB (The Night Gallery) | Supreme Beings Of Leisure | | bio | | discography | | sample | | top of page |
