Robert Fripp live Webcast interview next week 7 April 2000 English guitarist/composer Robert Fripp, who cofounded the legendary King Crimson in 1969, answers questions from journalists, fans, and an Internet audience live on Tuesday 11 April starting 3 pm BST (10 am EDT). UK journalist and King Crimson expert John Bungey hosts the event, timed to herald the release of the new King Crimson album The Construkction of Light. It is the band’s 12th album, due 8 May throughout Europe.     Fripp has collaborated over the decades with a cast of innovators including Van Der Graff Generator, Robert Wyatt, Brian Eno, Future Sound Of London, David Sylvian, The Orb’s Alex Patterson, The Grid, and many others, and has produced a rich catalog of solo work. As an artist he is notable as much for his track record of remaining musically courageous as for his past accomplishments.     VirtueTV in association with eden will carry the interview live.
