Apple adds new film, music channels to QTV 6 April 2000 At the Internet World trade show in Los Angeles yesterday, Apple announced the addition of ten new film and music channels to its QuickTime Television (QTV) network. Notable new stations include AVdeck (from Beggar’s Banquet Records), Global Music Network (UK), HyperTunez (France), and Oddcast. The new stations join a wide roster that includes Knitting Factory New York, Rhino Records, Virgin Radio, V2 TV, GoGaGa, and many others.
